Kupheka Ngemafutsa hlela

Emafutsa ekupheka (cooking oil) kushiwo emafutsa lentiwa ngelimila, emafutsa esilwane, noma layingeleti, lasetjentiselwa kupheka.

Kosa (roasting) hlela

Kosa yindlela yekupheka lapho khona kusetjentiswa kushisa kwemlilo, emalahle, nelihhavu kuloko lokuphekwako, lokungasiyo inhlama. Uma kosiwa ngemlilo loko lokosiwako kubekwa kuhlangane nekushisa. Uma kosiwa ngelihhavu loko lokosiwako kuvalelwa ehhavini lelishisako. Kuvamisa esikhatsini lesinyenti kuba yinyama leyosiwako.
